To Protect Your Shipment, Plymouth Moving & Storage Requests the Following…
We cannot ship ANY Hazardous Materials.  These Include: Paint, Propane, cleaning solvents,  Lamp Oils or any other flammable items. In addition we will accept no responsibilities for FIREARMS, currency, MEDICATION, Jewelry or other restricted items. The owner should always take these items.

  1. Any unpacked items, Including: Electronics/Computers, DVD/VCR’s, and Component Stereo equipment, Pictures/Mirrors/Marble or granite.  Plymouth Moving carries a full-line of packing supplies to assist in the safe shipment of your move.
  2. All Boxes must be sealed top and bottom.  All unpacked items/packed-by-owner boxes are moved at owner’s risk. The use of non-standard packing materials will increase the risk of damage to your shipment. Plymouth Moving & Storage strongly recommends the use of professional quality moving boxes and supplies. These supplies will significantly reduce the risk of damage to your items.
  3. All loose items must be packaged- All unpacked items are shipped without valuation protection, please contact office for details
  4. We cannot accept Discover/Diners Club/Third Party Checks.
  5. Potted Plants/Live Animals/Ceramic Pots are all restricted items.
  6. All Pressboard items are moved at the customer’s risk. These items are excluded from valuation coverage.
  7. Oversized items: will be moved at customers own risk- Plymouth Moving/Plymouth moving will accept no responsibility for these items. Oversized items include sofas, armoires, pianos and other items that will not comfortably fit through standard doorways, and would require unusual efforts to move. – please contact office for more details
  8. Mattresses- WE proudly offer a full line of mattress bags for the protection of mattresses during shipment. These bags are highly recommended- All Customers waive valuation for all un-bagged mattresses, and Plymouth Moving/Plymouth Moving reserves the right to cover any mattresses at our storage facility, at owners expense.
  9. Plymouth Moving is not responsible for any damage incurred to customer’s home or office, sustained by moving items into or from a room, in which the item is determined by Plymouth moving not to be able to be safely moved, without risk of damage to the structure, item or our staff.  Plymouth Moving/Plymouth moving reserves the right to refuse shipment, without penalty or recompense, of any oversized item at our discretion.
  10. Effective July 1, 2009, a 5% Merchant Services Charge will apply to all Credit Card Transactions
